I don't see any boxes?!

At your regular gym, you'll find plenty of fancy machines, ellipticals, treadmills, cable machines and mirrors all over the walls. A Crossfit Box is just four walls, no machines, just plenty of weights to throw around. In a conventional gym you may be waiting for other people to finish with equipment, or signing up for spin, zumba or bootcamp classes hoping that there's room for you and nobody behind you. Often not knowing tom from dick or harry.

At a CrossFit box you can't wait for all your mates to show up, talk about what hurts, what you've been eating and what you're trying differently to push yourself that little bit further. You'll talk about today's workout and laugh and joke about how painful it will be, but it doesn't matter - because they're there with you!

Is CrossFit too tough for me?

This has to be the most common question we get asked.

Whether you are just getting started or if you feel like you 'aren't fit enough', there is a common misconception that CrossFit is only for those who are already fit. CrossFit is very intense, we won't lie about that, but it is intense for everyone, regardless of your fitness level. If you can't run then you can row, if the weight's too heavy, drop it down. Whether your need is to power lift 250 Kg or safely lift a bag of dog food, we will find the right prescription to achieve your goal.

CrossFit is infinitely scalable and we can adjust every workout to ensure you're safely pushing yourself to the limit. This is the corenerstone of what we do. You get to learn functional movements and lifts in a fun community driven environment, supervised by trained, certified instructors.
